mesa has a private server for achievements, etc.

Edit: The server's domain is now mesa-tf2.ax.lt and we found that the max player count is 9.

I have a small server set up which can support about 5 to 10 players. If you want to use it to get achievements (including halloween achievements) or just stuff around message me for the password.
