That's actually really easy.
You can draw 3 numbers out from a pool with 8 numbers (1 - 8) in it.

The four possibilities that you can get would be that 0, 1, 2 or all three numbers from the pool are correct.
The three correct numbers are determined after every raffle deadline by using the Random Number Generator from random.org.

• First possibility: 0 correct numbers drawn.

• Second possibility: 1 correct number drawn.
  -> Nothing.
  
  
• Third possibility: 2 correct numbers drawn.
  -> Nothing.
  
  
• Fourth possibility: All 3 correct numbers drawn.
  -> Jackpot!!
