as the regent of Emperor, i will be keeping shogun RP active untill Wilhelm kronz or now know as König Wilhelm I von Westphalen returns to full shogun status.
Here are some of the things we need to do, to help keep the RP active.

- First, we need to get the other clans active. We need to get the clan leaders, and have them start putting a bit mroe effort in activity.

After we have gotten most of the clans back into active roles in the Imperial Court, we can move on to war discussions, and battle talks.
