I've decided that with all the metal I get I'm going to start crafting fresh hats and giving them away every Wednesday. Every Wednesday when the item cap resets (6 PM Central) I'm going to post a new raffle on www.tf2r.com for everyone to enter.

Some ground lines though, if for some reason I want to keep the craft hat then instead I'll give out the current "Jackpot." The Jackpot consists of hats/paints/crate 30's/really anything except weapons. If there is no jackpot and I want the hat, I'll give out the hat anyway.

I also shouldn't have to say this, but no multi-abuse, luckily TF2R takes care of this problem for me.
