The rules are simple:

1: You must be evil
2: Anyone who betrays our commitee is to be given the harshest punishment,
Preferably a very ironic punishment
3: Banter is fine, as long as it isn't malicious, we may be evil but we must be at least somewhat civilised
4: If you choose to take on the persona of a villain, try to retain that persona during chat rooms, the result makes things funnier and more enjoyable for us all
5: Have fun, by doing villainous activities of course
