Welcome to Dota Rampage Museum Club

That been said, all player has their moment, even anonymous will become shinning star once rampage happen in big game.
DOTA电竞的世界里群星闪耀，少年天才层出不穷；籍籍无名的新人也会在大赛中暴走的光环之下成为家喻户晓的超新星。

For time been, Dota Heroic collector has been always looking for the top class tag, specially Rampage tag item for those top class players. However, it is indeed also very hard to find rampage tags of top players.
长久以来Dota联赛的收藏家们一直期望于能将最好的记录收入囊中，而暴走则如昙花消散时那回眸一刻的惊艳，如此刻骨般存在的记录尤其如此。然而，如此芳华实难轻易一亲芳泽。

So, I decided to form this club that will provide a home for whom has collected multi top class rampage tags. And also provide a rampage museum for those ppl whom don't have rampage tag but a true lover of DOTA history.
有鉴于此，我决定组建一个能集众人之力共同收藏暴走记录的会所；同时也能提供其他无法完成暴走收藏心愿的联赛爱好者一个类似博物馆的场所。

Still simple rules shall apply here:
为了能长久的发展下去，以下是基本的本社区规范：

Rule Num. 1: No fight nor drama is allowed here.
一：严禁任何争吵及人生攻击

Rule Num. 2: All player deserve their respect, so no insult is allowed against any player or teams.
二：每一位选手/战队都值得尊重，所以严禁任何针对任何选手/战队的侮辱攻击。

Rule Num. 3: No Cheating is allowed here, cheating will be published and report to Steam.
三：严禁任何诈骗行为，任何诈骗行为一经查实将会公开并向steam举报。

Rule Num. 4: Here is a home, which providing a place that all heroic lover will enjoy others' collection. It is welcome if you willing sell your top rampage tag here but RESELLER is not welcome here. You want make a living? Fine, find rampage somewhere else and sell it here, you will be a star. But you will be target as illegal reseller if you make your living by trading from one to another for make profit internally here.
四：本社群建立的宗旨是提供大家一个交流互相鉴赏暴走记录的环境，所以原则上是不欢迎以牟利为出发点的倒买倒卖行为。但是并不是完全禁止，如果你能将流失在外的暴走记录找到并带到此群出售，我们将会非常欢迎。但，如果你在本群内以牟利为出发点，低价收入出坑收藏家的暴走并在短时间内高价出售则将会被视为不受欢迎的倒卖行为。

Rule Num. 5: Please respect other collector, ppl has spend their passion and time on their collections. So please don't make jokes on others nor forcing or constantly beg them to sell their collections, such action which will really make others feel uncomfortable.
五：请尊重所有的联赛爱好者，大家在收藏的时候都投入的不少的精力、心血。所以请不要以收藏品的好坏、价值作为衡量他人的标准，严禁以攀比为目的炫耀或肆意偏低他人收藏。同时，这里大多数都是联赛收藏家，如对方已明确表示不愿出让收藏，请不要持续的以撬库存为目的去骚扰他人。

最后，本群是以将全球的收藏家作为邀请对象的群体，所以如有基础请尽可能以英文交流；但也欢迎使用其他语言的爱好者。
