This Tier is based on the Cold War and beyond. It starts in 1948 and ends in once either Democracy or Communism is destroyed throughout the world.The Reason it starts in '48 is so player have time to repair and rearm and conquer land before World War III rolls like thunder. Player have to ally them selves with either the Warsaw Pact or NATO. Well Leaders it's up to you will you to win WW3 or fall into a Nuclear Holocaust.

*Instead of a tax system for each nation, due to varying size, population and regions of each nation, the Overseers have agreed to a set stipend system. This stipend will be awarded each week (RL) to each nation.

*Armies cost $2,500,000 to build and cost 1,000,000 to maintian

*If the defender doesn't respond in 24 hours the attacker will auto win the battle.
*No Nuclear, Hydrogen, F-Bomb devices allowed.
*You can only invade nations of real players to get land. You cannot annex, form unions, dual monarchies, ect. after you join the Tier.
*At a specified time, only set by the Tier Overseer, may each nation claim ONE province (Ex. Hawaiian Islands of Maui). This is the new "Annexing Rule" as some may call it. You may NOT claim lands already owned.
