The Koreans seem to have a general series of protests starting to form, there calling for Soviet and US forces to withdraw and halt the occupation of Korea and allow the People's Republic of Korea to hold elections freely without foreign interference.

South Tyrol
The Germanic population of South Tyrol is in open rebellion against the Italian state, they have seized several towns and call for the right to Join Austria and end the oppression of Italy. They seek Soviet or American aid in this endeavour.

Paris
Many of the French colonial leaders are agreeing to attend the meeting in Paris. The Sultan of Morocco is personally attending to meet with his fellow Berbers about the Pied Noirs and their future in the French State.
