The Dar es-Salaam Trading Post

The Dar es-Salaam Trading post has been succesfully established in the Lord's year of 1863 at the turn of the year.

The Colony has been founded with the main goal of setting up Ivory trade routes with the Confederate States of America but also produces African crops and a few ones from Asia and Europe such as Rice and Grain.

Of course with us being in Africa we face both pros and cons. On one hand we have tons of free labor from the Negro Populace and Optimal conditions for certain crops. However the African continent is harsh, with burning days, cruel tribes, and hundreads of predatrous wildlife.

Animals such as the one pictured above however, out number predators and roam the countryside with plentiful objects for jewlery and meat for consumption. Who knows what treasures... what scientific advances the African Continent may hold?

We can only hope this post will grow and prosper.

South Carolina contract

As I talked with John Calhoun of South Carolina we came to the agreement that Anderson Enterprise may use the City and Land near Orangeburg. We also talked about using the Santee for lumber if we rebuild what we take out. The crews that takes lumber will replant new trees in place of the ones they take out.
Last thing we talked on is the growing of rice for two years and two off.

With this being done, we will start to hire South Carolina workers to work and hope they make money for there families.
