i have had a long chat with rice. This team has no order in it. That is the main reason. I have talked with Rice and he is ready to step up to be a strong leader.
Our new strategy is this
1. Acquire lots of players, to be subs, etc. maybe even 2 subs a class
2. Strict rules for not showing up. This is unacceptable, I understand you are busy. But you must let a team leader know in advance.
