15th Cavalry Detachment for Napoleonic Wars

This group is to help keep track of numbers and to call people to events when required:

While we used to be primarily heavy cavalry, we are now a hussar detachment. We still, on occastion, might play as other classes than hussars. Rarely,we may have to play as line infantry, but there isn't any point ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it or refusing to turn up to the event, we can't change it and it just makes you look bad.

Ranking Structure:
Cadet=Recruit
Trooper= Private
Veteran Trooper= Private First Class
Horse Guard= Guard

Lance Corporal of Horse=Lance Corporal
Corporal of Horse = Seargent
Staff Corporal= Staff Sergeant
Troop Sergeant Major(TSM)= Sergeant Major

Cornet= 2nd Lieutenant
Lieutenant= Lieutenant
Captain= Captain

First event since i came back from holiday, and the cavalry had improved beyond all recognition! Numbers are still a bit of a shaky issue, but performance in general has definitely improved a considerable amount, and it time that we now started to look into more advanced combat methods to make us even more deadly than we have been previously!

First Linebattle today! I was terrified when i saw we were fighting the 77y, but not only did we do some decisive charges but also manage to pull off a draw! The old 15th Cav struggled to pull of such a feat, so well done to everyone involved! Ofcourse, a big thank you to the 33rd for helping to bolster our numbers!

Nice show at the training,although a shame i couldn't be there due to connection issues! I've only heard positives so far though, and i'm happy with the turn outs we are getting each event! Also,a quick reminder that i will be on hoilday for two weeks on saturday, so from then onwards Godrey will be leading the cav.

Big thanks to those who turned up for todays training, its good to see the cavalry growing in size again! Very impressive stuff by both the officers and rankers alike, and cant wait to see us in action again!

Big thank you for those of you who turned up to training. Weren't very many of us, but it was still good fun, and im hoping that some of the stuff we learnt sticks for our upcoming linebattles!
