Does the game support dedicated servers for hosting or is it P2P based?

Shield, shield with gun, shield with two guns, shield with two guns and fire, different color shields... what do they mean?

A lot of people have said (myself included) that the sniper is probably too OP. The problem I've had though, is that you can't really have a sniper with headshots that aren't one hit kills. One solution that I've considered, is having a laser attached so that your position will always be known to vigilant players. That way you will at least have a chance, and those sudden one-hit KOs won't feel as frustrating. Any thoughts on this, or other ideas to make the sniper less OP?...
