Can't download the required components for playback. Restart and try again. Been doing this for an hour now. No help from steam support in terms of actually contacting someone about my current "steam player" issue. I attempted it in Big Picture and same result. Thought it might be a region issue but my VPN was no help. Any help would be great. I just want to watch the movie and support indie game developers but now it has been soured by a poorly designed steam video player....

I bought this yesterday as part of the deal (full purchase not rented) but it doesn't play... Every time I press the play button it switches my account to watching Surviving Indie and then nothing. I'm running a Macbook Pro OSX 10.8.1 I've seen discussions on here about downloading components, if so are there components needed to be downloaded for Mac too? Lastly I've seen the developer post on here about downloading the movie from steam being available early 2017. Is there an update on this?...

I only have the option to watch, which I assume means Steam is streaming the video. Is there a way to download the movie, like I would any other game or video?

I click on it, and it says "running" off to the side, but nothing comes up anywhere (I'm assuming it's not download) but after a few seconds it stops saying it's running and I can't find it playing anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?
