Error when I try to launch from the Steam app: "Failed to start game (missing executable)" Browsing local files there's not a launch-able app, just what looks to be Windows files.

So I have a VERY good computer (Specs below) yet I can't seem to find what's causing this game to run so slow. I've tried running at lower graphics settings (Which I shouldn't have to do, my specs well exceed those listed for this game) but to no avail. Any ideas?
