Yeah, it's fine, simple standard cat-finder.

That said, the description says: "From rural areas to neighborhoods, from markets to New Year, you can find cute cats hidden in various scenes. Discover the cats in each scene." and "Through different scenes..." and, uhh, nope, there is exactly one scene here, just a basic "Small Town". This is just a lie. Did they just copy that description from a different game?

(Oh, and, minor quibble; when I turn the music off, that should include the massively loud music that plays when you find every cat, cheers.)

It's okay. Short and nothing exceptional, but certainly okay. And it's free, so little to complain.
The art/drawing is okay. Took me 3.5 minutes to find all cats the first try, without hints. It appears you get 3 hints.
Easy 100% achievement completion.
