When will there be a GNU/Linux build made available for purchase?

Hey Guys im haveing trouble with multiplayer/co-op i would like to use my controller but it wont let me use it . Im using a ps2 controler and only the start button works

Do they actually exist for this game? The Store Page states this game has them, but I haven't seen anyone actually owning them.
