The time has come. After almost two years of not making any single game, Night at the Office is officially complete and fully released.

If you experience Night at the Office, please take the time write an honest review of the game. I would truly love to see what you enjoyed and what you disliked about the game. These comments and reviews help me improve and provide new features and improvements to future games!

Once again, I've said this a million times, but I thank you all for the support and kind responses throughout all of these years of development - whether you started this journey with me back at GameJolt or here on Steam, it's been one hell of an interesting Journey.

Cannot get past the menu screen (not able to play)

Hi, Stan and everyone else I click on Play and I load into the game's menu screen, but no further. I can navigate between the different sections of the menu by using WASD/arrow keys, but I cannot enter into them: Enter doesn't work (I've tried other keys as well), and there's no mouse pointer. I have played 7 other games by this developer without any problems. OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel Coffeelake LGA 1151 i7-9700F GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060, 6GB GDDR6 RAM: 16GB...

Night at the Office - New Horror Game - Out This Friday

Happy December, everyone.

Just wanted to let you all know that my next horror game Night at the Office is now officially complete and is ready for launch this Friday the 13th.

It's been a real pleasure developing Night at the Office, but there definitely were some challenges along the way.

It's been nearly two years since I've released a game, and that is mainly due to both work and school eating up a significant piece of 2023 and 2024, so it was a little difficult getting back into the slow stages of development, especially after releasing Snafu, which I believe to be one of my greatest concoctions. The bar was set quite high, in my opinion...

Nonetheless, Night at the Office takes a traditional approach which I have done in the past, however, with a bit more focus on story and puzzle aspects of the game.

It is always an honour to be able to build these games and push out what lingers in the imagination into a actual playable product; so to that, as always, I hope you all enjoy what Night at the Office has to offer when it releases this coming Friday. And if you could leave a review, providing me with your thoughts on what you enjoyed and/or disliked about the experience, I would greatly appreciate that!

Secret ending was bugged for me. (Spoilers)

I think I’ve met all conditions for the third ending. I had all four candles in my inventory and was able to walk into the room behind the missing cog because it was already open from my previous play through where you find the ladder. However, I couldn’t interact with the floor. Is there anything else to do?...

Completly stumped by the last knife.

I feel like I've combed every last inch of the office and can only come up with 7 knives: -on the shelf in the staring area -under a desk in the room with fewer cubicles -behind a potted plant where Shelly is -in the office you unlock with the sink key -bathroom stall -the balloon puzzle safe -break room, after the cabinets explode No idea where the ladder could be either, b...

Settings not saving?

The selected option reverts to 'blank' every time the game is launched. I'm not sure if they actually reset or it's just a display bug, except for mouse speed. Mouse resets to the slowest setting instead of what it was when exiting.

Another really fun and scary game from TurnVex. I liked this one just as much as Is Simon There. It's basically walking around and triggering events, nothing new here, but the atmosphere is amazing. To choose an empty office building after hours as the setting is usually a good idea to secure some scares. The first jumpscare truly made me scream and as usual, the dev has hidden a few secrets in his game that are entertaining to find.

There were a few bugs and I had to play through six times to get 100%. I had problems opening the safe and getting the secret ending. As a hint here, if you have all four candles, don't start from the beginning. Use the checkpoint in your next runthrough, then it will work.

Otherwise I loved the game. It was eerie and almost backrooms-y if that's a word. I'm looking forward to more from this dev.

Amazing game! Great story and terrific atmosphere. jump scares are great and the whole great was just really enjoyable.
