There's a really annoying to get fly at the start of the first level, after the tutorial. Fear not, I will tell you how to get it! All you have to do is grab the moving platform with your tongue, and once you're high enough, quickly detach and re-shoot your tongue towards the fly. The fly can be grabbed with the tongue.
