Installation trouble

After installing the software SF15 will not start. The install folder is empty. Does anybody got the same problem?

Why is it getting pushed to a later date?

I was wondering why it's getting pushed to Nov. 20? Is it the lack of funds to bring it here at steam or is it how high number of people having low interest about this?

(7) Product is already installed error

Hey All, Has anyone seen and fixed this problem? When I launch from Steam I get the "Insert ID" dialog, then the "Name and Password of last installation" dialog then a message box "Error" - "(7) Product is already installed". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling through Steam, but it's still stuck with the same message. ...
