9 Days Until Release! A Surprising Mystery Collab Bundle is Coming...

Dear all,

Happy New Year!
Thank you all for trying out the new demo we released in December, and for all the feedback you've given us. We've read each and every piece of feedback, and we're glad that so many of you enjoy the game!

There's only 9 days left before Blade Chimera releases, and preorders for the Nintendo Switch version have also started, featuring a preorder bonus as well.
On the Steam side, we're going to have a very excting collaborative bundle with a certain title!
The name of the bundle is "Metroidvania ??? ??? Bundle",
and it will be available at release on January 16.

We believe Metroidvania fans will love this bundle... so we'd love to hear your predictions! What could the other game be?!

Other than the collaborative bundle, we're also planning a Team Ladybug bundle for Ladybug fans, as well as a Blade Chimera bundle that contains the game and its original soundtrack.

We were happy to hear that many players enjoyed the music of the game, so we hope you enjoy the soundtrack (and the bundle) as well!

We will be working hard until the final minutes before release in order to deliver a great game to all of you. Please sit tight for just 9 more days!

New Blade Chimera Demo Out Now!

Dear all,

There's only a month left until the release of Blade Chimera on January 16, 2025!

And for all our players patiently waiting for the game, we have released a new and updated demo for you to try out in the meantime.

Back in June, we made a demo for Steam Next Fest, and in the past half year that demo has been further improved and expanded on to make this new demo.

Stage 2: Phoenix Gardens is now playable
Added a new ability to Lux, the Demon Sword: When you’re separated from the Demon Sword, power is charged in the blade. When it returns to you, it creates a shockwave that deals damage along its path
Added a new collectable item: Puzzle Pieces

Blade Chimera to Release on January 16, 2025!

Thank you for supporting Blade Chimera.
Today, we can finally announce our release date!

Blade Chimera will release on January 16, 2025 at 1:00 AM (PST)!

"We're currently brushing up the demo we made for Steam Next Fest back in June, and it will be ready for you to play within the month!

The new demo will offer even more places to explore, so even if you've played the previous demo, please try out the new demo too!"

Nominated for Best Overseas Game in the indiePlay Awards!

During WePlay Expo 2024, Blade Chimera was nominated for the event's indiePlay Award as Best Overseas Game!

We're very pleasantly surprised, considering all we submitted was the demo since the game isn't out yet!

Any hidden room in the demo?

Has anyone found any hidden room in the demo? There were many in Deadlit’s Labyrinth, so I expected to be some here as well. :-)

Loved it!

Checked this out because Lunar Nights was a blast and this demo didn't disappoint! I am looking forward to the full game, I can only hope progress carries over although I don't mind either way.

Kinda boring

Style over substance The tech tree we see is tiny You can just teleport across the map at will because I guess there are no rooms worth visiting twice or something Insanely easy, almost every enemy dies within 2 seconds to gun, which aims for you Enemies don't seem to drop items and its so easy you don't really need exp, so there's very little reason to interact with them (and they can't force you to because they're all absolute non-threats)...
