How to get them?

I have beaten not only this game, but my humongous meat multiple times today. However an obstacle has ♥♥♥ in my way of beating. I can no longer open the game, because it is missing 'HHgame69.exe'. Can somebody help me with my troubles, i am feeling very miserable and blue balled....
