* Edit Minimap background material to support lower opacity

* Change the drift Barrier effect to the new Niagara System asset

* UI button hover sound changed to the new version

* Fix incorrect map placement

* Add new minimap to multiplayer overlay

* Put correct HUD icon textures for abilities

* Reduce countdown time to 3

* Fix players able to attack briefly on spawn in at match start

* Add callback to have menu music loop

* Add proper callback to have race music loop in-game

* Stop drift effect particles when on rough terrain

* Fix incorrect position numbers when going backwards across the finish line
and improve race position system
