Drew the 'Get the New look new me! evaluation at the end of the day. Not sure what this is or how to get it, putting decorations up didn't get it for me last time it popped up. Anyone succeed at this one?

So this has happened twice in the last few hours of playing. When talking with a VIP at a certain point in helping her if I choose "Let the clerk decide" I crash to desktop. The first time it was just black screen, game ended. The second a red exclamation mark popped up, the game froze for a few seconds and then crashed to desktop. I have only smart registers at the shop. I reach the revenue goal in minutes, yet, for the end of day report I get 0 stars and revenue shows 0. I assume it's a bug?

The game sometimes crashes before beginning a new day, but lately it's been crashing right as I'm about to finish a day (right before it auto saves so I need to restart that whole day). Wish I could take a screenshot of the code but most of the time it just pops up a red logo with an exclamation mark then shuts down....
