How do you play the halloween level? Is it out yet?

Currently these two regions still have the old USD pricing.

Anyone having issues with the fishing rod being completely missing from this level? I looked everywhere for it and when I used the hint button to show me where it is, it's not there at all. I tried restarting the game and reloading the level and it still doesn't show up....

Hello, I played the game and finished all levels. But I got not a single achievement in steam. Also nothing happens when i click on the ingame achievement button. Any ideas whats wrong or what i can try to get that fixed?
