Not working even with only it enabled
The mod wouldn't work even only when it is enabled (with all dlcs), the version of my hoi4 is still the official version "a6ba" even with it enabled, while my friends without dlcs has the version of "9c15" and got the mod to work. Anyone knows whether are the DLCs causing the problem or?

I have tried reinstalling the game as well. Doesn't work.

if i'm not mistaken then it's due to one of the DLC's more specifically the one that changes the peace deal system but i don't eactly remember which one that is but i hope this helps

It is BBA but even with just the free update enabled plpc doesn't work

can you explain how it dosent work the ai does actions in the conference? also if that is the case try using the legacy version maybe that will help you
