how do we reduce the timer?

how can i reduce the timer to 30 seconds?

You can't do. But values such as improvement morale loss morale gain automatically increase or decrease in proportion to the skills and traits of your surgeon or leader.

I'm working on this now. It will decrease from 5 minutes to 2 minutes depending on a certain skill.
