Hoist sometimes does not work

Hi, sometimes the hoist (harness) won't move.
Are there any condition for the hoist to function properly ? ( min-max altitude ? ..)

I think there is a connector to stop it flying about when travelling at fast speeds so you may have to release the connector manually by pressing your interact bind on it.
