Bugs, Issues, Crash Reports, etc.
FIRST THING FIRST, Redownload and restart your game before preforming up to date bug testing, if you are on the most up to date version and are having bugs, please post them below with a biome, the error report, and any screenshots if available. The more information the better.

1st and 2nd biome the most but before update it happened now and again. on normal it can happen any where. just travel on a mission pick any that go to a passageway then travel to a outpost hope this helps i removed these packs and it works fine monster pack test, other creature and survivator

are these actually impacting the creatures at all? they spawn fine right?

Some don't, some do. I can't tell right now which ones, check in the character editor. Also, some often have the yellow error: (Could not find any "blast damage" type affliction. Did you want to use an affliction identifier?).
