How to recruit archers while playing for ROME?
Hi guys! I began playing this mode few days ago and i`m in love with it ^^

How do i get Archers while playing for ROME? I understand Roman recruitment system in this mode, however when I look at "Roman Recruitment V" - it shows 12 types of troops, and none of them are Archers (the only range units are Velites and 3 types of Balistas)...

Does it mean that i won`t be able to recruit Archers? Or maybe there is a solutionI don`t know about?

There's no roman archers, either use mercenaries or recruit local troops.

Roman archers become available after the Marian Reforms only 1 type i think. You can use the Legions sub mod that gives you a few extra archer units i think .
