Update: Did not go wel
btw I'm not really sciency so my bad if my wording is weird!
So, I for one welcome our new non-binary sluggy overlords.
As a fellow enby gremlin Mollopods are A++ in my book.
I immediately ended up sketching mine out after my pals and I downloaded them.
Though I hope some of these lil' minor anatomical adjustments are okay. <<;;;;;
Since I drew in respiratory pores on the neck and actual lil' sensory tendril/barbels on the face versus a humanoid nose. I felt like that was fitting given how sluggy the rest of their bodies are?
While my intent was definitely more of a "weeby" looking monster, I really love your more slug-like interpretation as well! The colors are absolutely gorgeous too.
