This mod is intended for personal use but open to the community. The purpose of this mod is to add new colours for the vanilla laser weapons via new modules.

WALTERNATE Dynamics and SWEFHEIM Technologies are proud to present the modular version of the basic laser turrets named «Baldr». You can now choose the colour of the turret and the projectiles.

Note: The vanilla turrets have not been removed to avoid any incompatibility.

⚠️ WALTERNATE Dynamics is a fictional manufacturer based on the company name of the game developers. They are in no way related to this mod.
⚠️ SWEFHEIM Technologies is a personnal fictional manufacturer. I use it in all the mods I make involving new technology.

Is there a chance of getting these to NOT shoot at flying EnemyCrew ?
(remove TargetType = Crew from the AutoTargets of the Turret)

It should be .. "compatible version numbers" might still be wrong (which is what the game uses to decide if it should be auto-disabled or not)

So in altering the numbers of the stats file(purely for my own amusement) the most recent update is having a CTD issue after alterations to the numbers were made, however making no adjustments at all to any numbers the mod runs fine. Is there a way around this CTD issue? Lasers are inherently ass and in changing their numbers so that they are less ass so that they are viable for late game outside of having 60 lasers on a ship which also crashes my game. I'm honestly just trying to crash less while making cool ships that aren't so covered in guns that I get 5 frames or less, or crash the moment they begin firing. You may DM me with any answers if you have them.

@HarveyBird : Some of the original files have had their names changed, so the mod calls non-existent files. I need to update all the mods. I'll do it as soon as possible.

I just tested the regular laser and same thing with the crash, so all the lasers involved with this mod seemed to have an issue once being built.

Hello, i've noticed when building deck lasers onto my ship the game will immediately crash. I haven't tried any other weapons systems. it all loads fine, it only crashes when crew are building them. Thank you.
