Replaces the 2015 stationary HEV suit model with the multiplayer and Xen Survey Team variant from 2012.

I like the old hev suit better it just looks more like the one from the original half life

I'll never understand why CB would modify their HEV suit so much but leave all the other instances of it unchanged. Pretty nice job on not missing out on the other textures like the boot up btw
