I’m Redonleft, the producer of Star Ash Fleet. As the first game developed by my independent game studio, Star Ash Fleet has garnered a lot of feedback since its initial reveal. Many of your constructive suggestions have greatly benefited me during the development process.

Therefore, we have decided to carefully refine Stardust Fleet based on your preferences, collecting even more feedback to create higher-quality space opera-style content. To achieve this, we will adjust the game’s original release date and take the following actions:

• We will establish a community to engage directly with players.

• We will collaborate with science fiction writers and editors to enhance the quality of the game’s content, aiming to deliver an immersive sci-fi experience.

• To compensate for any inconvenience caused by the delay, we will provide several new ships as free DLC for players to enjoy.

As a result of these efforts, the release date for the game will be postponed to the summer of 2025. We understand that this delay might disappoint those who have been eagerly anticipating Star Ash Fleet, and we deeply apologize for this. At the same time, we sincerely thank every player for your understanding and support. We hope to reward your patience by delivering a brand-new gaming experience and surprises when the time comes.

Introduction

"Star Ash Fleet" is a real-time strategy game with unique gameplay mechanics. The game simulates interstellar battlefield environments on a 2D plane, creating a holographic battlefield projection for the player. Players will take on the role of a newly appointed fleet commander, using various gameplay strategies to tackle meticulously designed mission levels and experience thrilling battles.

The interstellar war between the Earth Human Federation and the Pleiades Star Cluster Empire has already spread across the entire galaxy, and the war, which has lasted for centuries, is about to reach a critical turning point. The Federation fleet, commanded by the player, accidentally uncovers the Empire’s conspiracy during a battle. After countless efforts and sacrifices, a significant historical event will pull both the entire war and the player into an uncontrollable situation.

Core Gameplay

• Unique Control Experience

We have designed a proprietary fleet control system that combines elements from traditional RTS games while further simplifying and innovating the gameplay. This allows players to easily control a fleet with multiple warships. At the same time, players can execute precise micro-management of individual ships within the fleet through simple controls.

• Offense and Defense

Each ship in the fleet has multiple weapon slots for equipping offensive and defensive weapons, similar to a warrior wielding both a spear and a shield. Offensive weapons can damage enemy ships, while defensive weapons effectively counter offensive attacks. Currently, there are three types of offensive weapons, each with unique attack methods, and corresponding defensive weapons that counter them. Players can customize the weapon types on their ships based on mission requirements or personal preference.

• Different Classes of Ships

The seemingly fragile frigate can significantly assist in battle if it survives.

Destroyer: The core of the fleet, capable of both offense and defense.

Cruiser: A powerful vessel providing long-range fire support for the fleet.

Aircraft Carrier: A game-changer on the battlefield, launching small aircraft that also act as a fleet.

Supply Ship: Provides endurance for the entire fleet.

• Health, Energy, and Ammunition

Resource management in the fleet involves at least three types of resources for each ship: health points, energy points, and ammunition. Often, players need to worry more about running out of ammunition than health points. In addition to treasure chests in levels that replenish health and ammunition, supply ships exist to fulfill this need.

Energy, like ammunition, is a resource for certain weapon types. Moreover, ship energy provides additional enhancement effects.

Story Missions

We have meticulously designed the strategy solutions and various cinematic sequences for each mission, using a variety of methods, including animations and written narration, to deliver an epic space opera experience. Throughout the game, players will experience how the crucial moments of a centuries-long war unfold and shape its course.
