Why Early Access?

“While BAPBAP is fully playable and full of content at this point, we're still looking to make sure we work with the community during Early Access period to make BAPBAP even better. This includes more options, polish and potentially more content.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It depends on meeting the conditions outlined below but we're looking at 1-4 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The 3 main things we're focused on in Early Access are:
1) Answer the question: Do we feel like BAPBAP is a PvP Roguelike yet? That’s what we’ve set out to create with this new mode so we want to make sure it offers enough replayability to feel like you are playing a different game every time.
2) Looking into accessibility features (Such as controller support, Mac support, and languages)
3) Polish existing content and features while also making sure the game is bug free and stable”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently features 14 characters (5 are unlocked for Free To Play players) with free cosmetic unlocks, 11 unique maps, over 100 augments, and a customizable lobby and server list system.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're looking to stick with the same pricing structure of F2P with 5 starting roster. Players can unlock the entire roster permanently with a one-time purchase character pack. There will also be optional cosmetic skins.
Note that anyone who makes an account before March 19th will receive the character pack for free.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We value community feedback a lot and we will remain active on our Discord answering questions, feedback and feature requests in order to improve the game.”

About This Game

Join BAPBAP, the PvP Roguelike where no two matches are ever the same.

Invite and play with up to 7 friends in an all out brawl. Pick a random power after every round and craft the most ridiculous (or regrettable) build possible.

BAPBAP is best played with friends who can handle betrayal. Set up custom games with wild rulesets, or jump into community-run servers and embrace the chaos. No matchmaking. No ranks. Just pure, dumb fun.

Tight, free-flowing combat that’ll have you screaming for your mom to get the camera. Everything is dodgeable so if you get clapped, that’s on you.

Or a goldfish piloting a mech. Or a Russian samurai. Or ramen with legs. Each characters comes with it’s own unique skillset and there’s a character design for everyone—even the freaks 👁️👄👁️.

Whether it’s turning into a metal giant duck, speccing into turretmancy, or literal poison, every game will present you with freshly randomized build combos to gamba with. Build synergies, get winnergies.

Block escape routes with a crane’s payload, transform into a vending machine for a sneaky ambush, or do a drive-by in a 1942 Panzerkampfwagon Tiger Tank. BAPBAP is a PvP sandbox where nothing make sense but also everything makes sense.

On top of all that, you could get ganked by a roaming giga slime, fish up a nuclear bomb or come face to tentacle with [redacted]  - the better you are at adapting, the more you’ll win.

Whether it’s the turnaround 1v3, hitting a sweet multi-target knock up or just watching your mates get hit by their own trap – BAPBAP is here to help you get that sweet hit of dopamine in this increasingly depressing world.
