We may terminate or suspend your access to the game without prior notice for violating the terms of this EULA or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Nifty League Inc. Additionally, the game and its contents may be changed or terminated at any time. Nifty League Inc. is not liable for any monetary loss or damage arising from such changes or termination.


The game is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. Nifty League Inc. disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


Nifty League Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the game. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of revenue, profits, data, or other intangibles.


This EULA and your use of the game are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of laws principles.


Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


Nifty League Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the game after changes means that you accept the new terms.


If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
