End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) for FEAR OF FAITH
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and FOF Developer. This document governs your acquisition and use of our FEAR OF FAITH software (“Software”) directly from FOF Developer or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor.
Read Carefully:
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using FEAR OF FAITH. This agreement provides a license to use FEAR OF FAITH and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
Acceptance:
By clicking “accept” or installing and using FEAR OF FAITH, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you are registering for a free trial of the Software, this EULA also governs that trial.
Authority to Bind:
If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
License Scope:
FOF Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FEAR OF FAITH on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You may load the Software on devices you own or control, provided that you comply with all terms of this agreement.
Restrictions:
• You may not modify, translate, adapt, or derive works from the Software.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or permit others to use the Software.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Software.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Software.
Intellectual Property:
FOF Developer retains ownership of the Software and all copies. All rights in the Software, including copyrights and any other intellectual property rights, are owned by FOF Developer.
Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software and all copies. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA, upon which you must cease all use of the Software.
Governing Law:
This EULA and any disputes related to it or the use of FEAR OF FAITH will be governed by the laws of United States.
Amendments:
FOF Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA and will publish notice of any such modifications online.
Survival:
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of this EULA will remain in effect after its termination.
