By playing this video game you accept that this video game is not really a game. The developer has no programming knowledge and uses the UDK (Unreal Development Kit) with tools that do not require any such knowledge. Some bugs can never be fixed and this is one of the reasons why the game is free.
The technical aspect aside, by playing this game (which still isn't really a game) you also accept that it may never be finished, even if the developer has high hopes for it.
