End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Rat Lab Adventures

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "Player") and Tayassu Games Ltda (the "Developer") for the use of the video game "Rat Lab Adventures" (the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
1.1 Limited License: Developer grants Player a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game exclusively through the Steam platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2 Ownership: The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by Tayassu Games Ltda.
1.3 Usage Restrictions: Player shall not:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game;
b) Distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any part thereof;
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;
d) Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Termination
2.1 Termination by Player: Player may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and ceasing use of the Game.
2.2 Termination by Developer: Developer may terminate this EULA if Player fails to comply with its terms and conditions. In such case, Player must immediately cease using the Game.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
3.1 As-Is: The Game is provided "as-is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.2 No Liability: Tayassu Games Ltda shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
4. Updates and Support
Developer may provide updates or patches to the Game at its discretion. Developer is not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for the Game.
5. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Player and Tayassu Games Ltda concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
6.2 Amendments: Developer may update this EULA from time to time. Player's continued use of the Game after any changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised EULA.
By installing and using the Game, Player acknowledges that they have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
