The main house is good but I dislike the detailing (the bench in the back yard, etc., should have some garden with some edge or sth). Sorry I gonna unsuscribe.

@blackrook42 Use Plop the Growables Mod, that way you have the best of both worlds, being able to plop down growables and RICO

Looks amazing! Do you think you could make a RICO-only version? I want to make a small neighborhood with only these, but they despawn occassionally or if their footprint isn't exactly matched.
