Can we use this without RUSH HOUR? Looks like that mod is no longer being updated, but there is a similar one? <3

The stadium will plop happily, but you needed Rush Hour II for the event functionality, so you cannot get any events happening in this stadium.

uninstalling leaves arena1 still in content manger. unsubscribe/xbutton doesnt get rid of it.
