The head item's opening on the front is a bit too wide and circular making it look a bit odd and the hair in the back just doesn't fit with the rest of the design, it's just there.. maybe make it stronger, more volume, etc.

I like the back item, A+

The weapon on the other hand needs a redesign, it's too big, blocky and red.. not to sound rude but from in game view it looks like 2 dog dongers.. :/ That aside it doesn't have much to do with the rest of the set, take some of the shapes from the cape and use them for the design of the weapon ;)

Weapon is too ugly for PA. She's not an axe or some other ogre, for god's sake. Change it and the set would be acceptable.
