maybe with the flashlight melee weapons, but the tonfa is reanimated to be held like in cry of fear, where you wield it with the perpendicular grip, because i feel like holding it like a normal weapon looks a bit goofy

god, my perfect mod would be this, remastered primaries (with ziptie g3), b2l4d animations, and accurate spas-12 animations

I agree with @B-TO480 on the last thing

Man this mod has so much potential. There's a LOT of users out there (myself included) that prefer using modded weapons instead of the vanilla ones.

Is this applied in scripts, or animation? Because I'd love to use this for some of the Artillery Rain ADS weapons.

@pearlplayz12 This is a feature that is applied per model, it is not for the viewmodel fuction/mechanic. Basically, everyone is RE-downloading the same weapon models, but with the feature activated per model. If you want Your preferred weapon models to use that feature, then ask somebody, or Do it yourself, to integrate this sway feature into the models.
Cool feature that was not completed and poorly integrated, should be a function controled with in viewmodel , not a per weapon controlled feature...

if you manage to make these work with all three skin scripts, being item skins melee skins and tls weapon skins this would be single best weapon addon

I Love this mod alot and id like to add the jigglebones to the weapon mods i use personally.
But i kinda wish there was a guide on how to do it because ive been here for like 5 hours now and the closest ive got in the Model not being static just the Reload and Fire animation being very janky moving the gun to the sides of the Hand Model, I would appreciate a guide or something on how to fix that since im no animation expert. Thanks

Tried to add jigglebones to custom weapons, didn't work. Only the hand sways, the weapon is static. I don't have animating abilities nor do I understand what "simplifying" means (I guess deleting animations that don't include the "sway jigglebone" in their keyframes or maybe even including them to keyframes without them) so I tried making the arm as the parent bone, still doesn't work, I'm no modder but good try at least.

People that are requesting you make this compatible with mods clearly DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS WORKS, and have zero modding knowledge. This isn't ENGINE SWAY, THIS IS SWAY DONE VIA JIGGLEBONES.

Now i originally that the viewmodel is just delayed a bit so that it gives an illusion that it is in fact swaying but no, this is 2023 not 2011, i should realize alost anything is possible in the modding content. Also no, they should not add this to tls and be remained as an addon as that is not how l4d2 rolls and rely on the community for things like that

This would've been great if it placed in TLS, and placed it in settings to enable/disable weapon sway at our own choice. 10/10
