I don't think Cities Skylines recognizes how many individual buildings are in the lot. I believe number of household is determined by a total mass of building(s) instead. If you have RICO mod, you should be able to change it there.

Question: Kiamesha D & Kiamesha E : When you will plop it, you will get two houses, but it seems it only gets 1 household instead of 2 housesholds (since there are actually 2 houses)....(?)

Thanks. I'll try that one out and it does have nice hilly areas, Is perfect for the type of city that i am going to make. Looking forward to the upcoming houses!

It is one of vanilla maps called Black Woods. I love this map because it's relatively flat but has interesting water body and rich terrain variation like hills, cliffs and mountains in the back. I like American houses built in between 1880-1950. They look more intimate and dimensional. I have few little houses coming soon btw ;)

What map did you use for the city in the background? I've been looking for some maps but didn't find any that seem perfect for my city. I really love the old 1900s houses you've made, really fills that catagory for these types of cities with houses like these.

It looks like you are getting missing asset messages because you haven't subscribed them. They are not necessarily "required" and the building will spawn in the city without any issue.
