@KingLeno -- Any chance you have the stadium seating as a separate prop?

I have been to very few high school baseball games since the early 90s, but back then maybe half the schools didn't have actual dugouts. Those that didn't had a bench but it was at ground level and was usually like a chainlink cage. Practice fields and fields in city or county parks usually didn't even have that.

I coach high school baseball, I've never been to a high school field that didn't have dugouts. Where would the teams go when they aren't in the field?

@t_helgeson06 most high schools and community fields don't even have dugouts. in addition, it takes great pains to have parts of an asset below the terrain. Definitely wouldn't be worth the hassle of doing that for such a small and unnecessary part of the asset.

@meteredpotatocorp there is no gate or fence along the baseline, those were added in-game.

Okay I used Move It, to...move it. Then I got the infield. Then I moved it up and started getting the mow pattern. Still no fence along the first and third base lines, and no gate. I have home plate and foul lines. So if anyone else has problems, I guess just move it around.

Basically all I have are two bleachers, lights, two paths at right angles, and an outfield fence. No gate, no netting. Are there props that aren't on the workshop anymore? Loading Screen Mod didn't say anything about it.

Mine looks nothing like the screenshot. No chalk lines, no mound, no infield dirt, no checkered mow pattern, no home plate or batter's box. It looks extremely plain.

@schwenkbnsf you can. sometimes mods act up and cause random issues that are beyond the knowledge of time and space.

@KingLeno, for whatever reason this asset doesn't recognize when I put it in a park and doesn't work with parkify. This is the only asset of yours iv had this problem. Would love it if I could use it in a park without a road. Thank you!

There's also custom foul pole and base props that were created by StrategyNerd for my baseball field asset. People could subscribe to those and add them to this field

@raftermannz no, you weren't vague, i just hate baseball and don't know anything about it.

I thought about all those things that I didn't include (most of which a poor high school field wouldn't have anyway), but I could take time making a fence, dugout, benches, scoreboard, signs, etc and upload this in another year, and tbh probably never. Or I could finish the things I already had and upload to the workshop ... I'm sure you would agree with me in not including that right ?

Yeah this is an awesome field, but should put the fencing behind the plate as well. :)

Without the fencing in the back (backstop) it would be a bit dangerous as baseballs are pretty blunt and go all over the place.

Although no worries! We can easily just plot one down ourselves, because other than that, it's great!

I think @RaftermanNZ means the tall fence thing behind the home plate where the top is tilted forward to stop balls from going everywhere.

@RMutt You could add your own benches for the teams since this is a high school field and also add your batters box with white lines from the workshop.

Hey KingLeno, I've never commented to well...anything on Steam workshop. However, I love your mods. They've made me play this game in a completely different way and I love it. The field looks great and is three things away from perfection. As noted a backstop (that is a large fence behind home plate (the white thing where the batter stands to hit)). Dugouts, this is where the teams, coaches sit during the game. Bases, not as big a deal as the others but would be nice. Hope you consider cause it would be awesome with those tweaks.

Wow! This certainly fills a gap in the workshop (other baseball fields are either too cartoonish or too barebones) and does so in a beautiful way!

@raftermannz I don't even know what a backstop is. I have never played and don't watch baseball.
