Hey, I am not sure in which category is it in EDB prepare carefully. If you can't find it, it may not be there.

Lurmey 25 feb, 2020 @ 12:40
Ah okay, awesome!
Frytek  [skapare] 25 feb, 2020 @ 12:34
I manually added it as a feature, it always drops in Crash Landing
Lurmey 25 feb, 2020 @ 12:33
I was just thinking. It may be possible that Crash Landing would drop it already but I'm not sure, as for instance I've never seen it drop psychic lances or pulsers which are also exotic goods. It can drop medical supplies, trade goods, food, clothing and such but I've never seen the highly expensive exotic items.
Frytek  [skapare] 25 feb, 2020 @ 12:30
I am currently working on custom settings, I'll consider that :)
Lurmey 25 feb, 2020 @ 12:28
Ah okay. I'd just like to see if I can set it up so that during Crash Landing, there's a chance to have this drop. It would be really helpful as it's much easier to save one item from the wreckage than several stacks of different items scattered across the map.
Frytek  [skapare] 21 feb, 2020 @ 1:52
It depends on how this mod work, I never used it so I don't know, but if it spawns random items from all mods, it will drop eventually. But if not, I am afraid you are limited to Prepare Carefully. Worth to notice, that you can acquire this item even mid-game. It is a exotic good, so you can buy it from Exotic Goods Traders and as reward in quests.
Lurmey 20 feb, 2020 @ 14:24
How well would this work with the mod Crash Landing? (Not the default "Crash Landed" scenario). Is there a chance this can drop as part of the ship, or would we have to start with one of these using Prepare Carefully?
Koi 17 feb, 2020 @ 20:01
Cool, thanks.
Frytek  [skapare] 22 jul, 2019 @ 1:47
Thanks for support! Unfortunately there is no such possibility yet, but this is good idea, and I may do that in near future :)
theigabod 21 jul, 2019 @ 1:07
Perfect, I frequently find myself turning on dev mode so I can spawn in a few survival meals right at the beginning of the game because I tend to set up growing zones later than I should so I always run out of meals at the beginning of every new game. This just means I won't have to "cheat". My games are never really about the grind for resources anyway, it's usually just me trying to build a self-sufficient colony before I get bored and quit. Either that or I'm doing a rp run with whatever scenario takes my fancy at the moment. Either way, this makes for a less immersion-breaking fix to my forgetfulness. Is it possible to edit the quantity of items dropped in the options menu?
Frytek  [skapare] 4 maj, 2019 @ 0:16
You can get them from Exotic Goods Traders and as reward in quests :)
Tleno 3 maj, 2019 @ 11:36
Can this be given as reward in quests? Those are some handy goodies, would love to secure multiple for a rainy day.
Frytek  [skapare] 2 maj, 2019 @ 0:38
As I said, It's great idea, but as separate mod, not part of this one.
WindUpHero7 1 maj, 2019 @ 17:21
Yes, so you can set up a scenario with a recurring incident (ie trader arrival every 15 days), but dropping specific items instead of the randomness that cargo pods have.
Frytek  [skapare] 1 maj, 2019 @ 12:24
Midnight yea that is good idea, but if I would make this, it's more likely to be separate mod insead of extending this one.
Mitz 1 maj, 2019 @ 12:12
i think that's what he meant. good suggestion anyways.
Frytek  [skapare] 1 maj, 2019 @ 2:42
theRejected7 If I understood you right, you would like to choose dropping items on scenerio, this items will fall with regular intervals of time, and without using any item?
WindUpHero7 30 apr, 2019 @ 17:21
Excellent! I have a request that might be down your alley- I've been looking for a while for a way to make an "incident" like cargo pods, selectable in scenario editor, but one where a quick .xml edit can specify exactly what comes in the drop and have it be the same drop every time. I'm looking to make a military scenario with regular food drops and a LOT of hostile activity, so the challenge shifts from creating food to retrieving it.
Lizy_Sticks 30 apr, 2019 @ 14:21

Frytek  [skapare] 30 apr, 2019 @ 14:06
You can get them from Exotic Goods Traders and rare quests
Lizy_Sticks 30 apr, 2019 @ 13:58
