Misc tweaks to improve visibility

Latest update hotfix

Now spawn with unlimited decoys and smokes! No need to pick them up anymore.

More small misc tweaks and adjustments.

Textures have been reworked for better visibility and performance

Added 4v4 spawn points

Another glass texture overhaul since the latest CS2 update caused the map to stop loading

More lighting adjustments

Changed bottom glass texture to be opaque which reduces glare effect
