Back with more buffs for ui

Attacks

Fair- now is all round faster and angle changed to allow combos better.
Bair- slightly better launch angle.
Up smash- faster start up.
F special- faster start up and launch angle is now straight up.
Air forward special- faster start up.
Air down special- increased knockback growth.

Forward special is now perfectly consistent.

Sparking air forward special is now more consistent.

Got a small update for you all today.

Weight has been increased from 1.2 to 1.1 so he'll be slightly harder to kill.
Nair is now automatic. Landing nair will cause ui to do the 2nd and 3rd hit. This was done to help make the move more consistent, you can hold down during the 2nd hit to make the 3rd the spiking kick instead.

Major update time. Ui has finally been shrunken down along with a few other changes.

Attacks
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nair- Now has less endlag on the upwards kick, along with a new feature. Landing this part of nair will refreash your up special allowing you to further your combos.
Jab- Slightly increased startup but will now track on jab 2 making the move far more consistent.
Side Special- Now has high stun at the start along with during the attack meaning you won't be whiffing this move on hit.
Fair- Has increased active frames.
Bair- Slightly reduced the knockback and growth.

Ui is now floatier letting him be more of an aerial fighter.
Ui can also fast fall quicker so he can still be a fast rushdown machine.

This patch focuses on making ui feel better to play and remove some of that stiffness.

Attacks
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ftilt&Dashatk- slightly decreased endlag.
Utilt- Small hitbox has been added in front of ui.
Fair- Reduced endlag and landing lag.
Fstrong- knockback and angles adjusted to better make the move connect.
Nair- You can now jump cancel after jab 3(the upwards kick only).
Fspecial- Slightly goes further and hitbox adjustments to help keep opponent's from falling out.
Fspecial(Air)- Reduced endlag and the move can only be used once before touching the ground.
Uspecial- Now keeps some momentum after using instead of just stopping you in the air.
Uair- Increased knockback scaling to allow the move to kill.

Visuals&Other

While sparking with either the Omen, Devil(Kazuya) or Demon(Akuma) alt, Visuals will change.
Fixed visual flicker during sparking.
Increased run speed and air momentum.

And that should just about cover it. Hopefully he feels better to play now.

First small balance patch.

Nair- Holding down will now do the spiking kick, not holding down will now do the up air kick.
Fsmash- % decreased from 20 to 12.
Fspecial- Increased endlag.
Dspecial- Added endlag.
Air-Fspecial- Increased endlag and a small cooldown.
Nspecial- Reduced range, increased endlag and knockback angle now more slightly favors the opponent.
You can now jump and attack cancel nspecial during sparking.
Dsmash- Hitboxes have been reworked. Now will hit your opponent into ui then out twords the soon to be fired ki blast.
Utilt- Decreased active hitbox time.
Slightly reduced wavedash range.

And that'll be about all for this patch. Hopefully this brings ui into a good middle ground.
