Movements

W = Up / going Forward
A = Left
D = Right
S = Down / going Backward

Hold Shift = Run
E = Opening Door / Examine

Menu

Esc = Open Menu
Enter = Yes
Shift = No / Back

Z = Previous Tab
X = Next Tab
Alt = Pause
F1 = Replaying the Monokuman Map

Combat

C = Switch to Genocide Jack / Back to Komaru
F = Choosing Truth Bullets
R = Rotate to Camera to face which ever direction the character is facing

Truth Bullets

Number 1~8 can be used for shortcut of using truth bullets
1 = Break Bullets
2 = Knock Back
3 = Dance
4 = Paralyze
5 = Move Bullets
6 = Burn
7 = Detect
8 = Link

You can also use Directional Arrow to choose 4 general kinds of truth bullets

Mouse

Left-Click = Attack / Yes
Right-Click = Ready to Attack / No / Back [in Menu]
Scroll-Wheel = Changing Truth bullets

Genocide Jack

Left-Click = Attack
Shift = Evade
Hold Left-Click = Special Skill
Right-Click = Focusing on Enemy
Space / Ctrl = Slash Lust

Right-Click + Space = One Combo Attack
Right-Click + Ctrl = Three Combo Attack

Additional Info

Esc = Skip Event Completely
Hold Shift = Fast Forward Dialogues
X = Auto Dialogues
F1 = Hide Dialogues
C / Mouse 3 = See Transcript while Dialogues are still going
[which can also be read later in System Section from the Menu; use E = Replay the Voice]

i cant save, i press enter or left click and dont happen anything

Right Click also fast forwards dialogue.

@wiineko : thanks for sharing that! I'm using old mouse with wheel so I didn't even notice to ask around for anyone to test that out!

A good tip which i didn't really see anyone bring up, is that you can switch Truth Bullets with the mouse wheel

is there a way to put the dialog on auto i tried pressing space as thats the button for other games but it didnt do anything

@bartleby3004 : I'm sorry I'm not sure what you meant by "turn bgm turn" but if you asking of how to turn it on and off, then I'm sorry idk if there's any shortcut button for that, one thing for sure is that "ESC" won't be the button cause it never was the case for any game that I know of..

when i press esc it only gives me the option to skip event i want to turn bgm turn but it wont let me is there another way to do this
