1 - Go : http://www.simpleradar.com/
2 - Scroll down
3 - Download & choose your map
4 - Go in your steam folder
5 - Go in "Steamapps"
6 - Go in "Common"
7 - Go in "Counter-Strike Global Offensive" Folder Folder
8 - Go in "csgo" folder
9 - Go in "ressource" folder
10 - Go in "Flash" folder

And drag the files from the Simple Radar folder to the Flash folder
