Description
This is the second (in a series of 3) 9-story office building based on ///Еurasia///'s Savelovsky City skyscrapers. To continue the lovely idea of naming the building after jazz greats, this one is named after perhaps the greatest saxophonist of all time, Charlie "Bird" Parker. It comes in four color variations and is RICO enabled. The steel and glass awning that can be seen in some of the screenshot is a 2-part prop from the Park Inn Prop Pack.

Theses buildings show that you are on the right path as a modder, but there's still some work to do. The color of the window stands out quite a bit against just about every other building in the workshop.

Interesting observation -- I didn't really think about that. I agree with you, but I think we will leave them because they increase the interaction of the game with the building. You could remove the parking spaces with "TouchThis" if you are so inclined.

Looks nice but the surface parking forces a suburban feel.
